With over 17 years of experience and training in evidence-based practices, I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). These methods are effective for a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, OCD, panic, depression, sexual compulsions, and trauma. I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative and trained counselor who tailors every approach to meet your unique needs and goals.

I’ve worked with individuals and families who have been deeply impacted by addiction, trauma, and significant life transitions.
